These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern participation in the Semifly Rewards Program (the "Program"). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Terms. Semifly LLC ("Semifly", "we", "us") may update them from time to time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current version.
Eligibility
The Program is open to registered Semifly account holders who are of legal age in their jurisdiction and whose accounts are in good standing. The Program is intended for business and professional use. Semifly reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline or revoke enrollment at its discretion where these Terms are not met.
Earning rewards
Eligible members may earn reward points or benefits through qualifying activities as described on the Program pages, which may include purchases, referrals, or participation in designated promotions. Qualifying activities and earning rates are determined by Semifly and may vary by product, region, and promotion. Points have no cash value and are not transferable except as expressly permitted.
Redeeming rewards
- Rewards may be redeemed only through official Semifly channels by the enrolled member.
- Available redemptions, their point values, and any minimums are shown at the time of redemption and may change.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
Expiration and forfeiture
Unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion, points may expire after a period of account inactivity as published on the Program pages. Points and benefits are forfeited if an account is closed, found to be in violation of these Terms, or used in connection with fraud or abuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Semifly LLC and should be read together with Semifly's broader Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
